Our vision is to provide the quality products that our customers value to promote a healthy body and mind. Not all hemp is created equal, which means not all CBD is the same. Our strong partnerships combine the talents of some of the world’s leading scientists, chemists, formulators, and experts in the hemp industry. After careful diligence, we decided to partner with one of the leading companies that provide hemp extracts that guarantees to have the highest quality possible.
Step 1: Organic Farming
Every product starts with the natural proprietary strains of phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. All of the hemp we use is grown in nutrient-rich soil in Colorado. The farmers operate under strict guidelines and use only 100% organic practices.
We take advantage of a state-of-the-art farming process. Not only does this enhance the quality of our natural proprietary strains, but it also makes sure our products are safe, regulated and unsurpassed in their potency and consistency.
Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing
The plants we use are dried and warehoused after they are harvested. When a plant is needed for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. The milling process adheres to the highest quality standards in the industry. Once processed, it is shipped to the processing and manufacturing facility in Colorado.
Step 3: Proprietary Extraction and solids Separation
A proprietary hemp extraction and purification process is used to make sure that all of hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes, terpenoids and flavonoids are preserved. It also gets rid of unwanted compounds while preventing natural molecules from degrading. The result? The highest quality broad spectrum hemp oil available.
Every drop of our phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) hemp oil contains many of the cannabinoids present in the hemp plant. You will also find a variety of naturally occurring terpenes and flavonoids. What this means for you is that our products contain a broad spectrum of beneficial natural compounds.
While CBD on its own offers many health benefits, a growing body of research has found that a broad spectrum product (a product containing other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes derived from hemp) leads to multiplying benefits. This is called the Entourage Effect.
But the process isn’t quite done. Once extracted, the oil is then pressed to separate most of the oil from the plant solids.
Step 4: Distillation
The oil is then distilled to separate the hemp extract from the food grade ethanol used in the extraction process. Our manufacturer is one of the few facilities in the world that use this food grade ethanol.
Step 5: THC Removal and Refining
One of the most important steps in the process is to remove even the most minute traces of THC. THC is the compound found in hemp and cannabis that produces the “high” associated with the plant.
Our manufacturer uses a proprietary technology to remove unwanted compounds still present in the oil. These compounds include wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and trace amounts of THC. It is then “washed” and “polished” to create the highest quality, zero THC, broad spectrum CBD oil available.
Because our products are 100% THC free, we can ship them across state lines and to most countries around the world.
Step 6: In House and Third-Party Lab Testing
Our manufacturer tests every production run for quality and potency. This makes sure that all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids and phytonutrients are consistent and pure.
Every batch goes through rigorous testing in an in-house laboratory. When the batch passes, it receives a Certificate of Analysis and a Certificate of Quality Assurance. We also use third-party labs to verify and confirm the certificates.
Step 7: Proprietary Nano Emulsion Technology
Some of our products require our oil to go through another processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that transforms it into nano-sized emulsions. This makes it the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD in the industry.
Our competitor’s hemp oil particles are anywhere between 150 and 5000 nanometers in size. Our particles are 25-60. This small size gives them better bioavailability, leading to much more effective absorption.
This nanoemulsion process can make our formulas five times more bioavailable than oil-based products. It also makes it four times more bioavailable than other water-soluble hemp-based oils.
What does all of this mean for you? You can use less of our product to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors. We think that’s a reason to celebrate.
